Registered Nurse – ER (Travel/Contract)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3 shifts every 3rd weekend (1700-0530)
Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 shifts x 12 hours)

Job Description

Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room (ER)
Night shift coverage with every third weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with recent ED experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required for ER RNs
