Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 18:45–7:15)

Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse with Medical Surgical specialty for a travel contract position. The schedule is determined by the unit manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Prior travel nursing experience
Compliance and Documentation
- Copy of valid photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID).
- Criminal background check (updated if no assignment within last 90 days).
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required.
- Facility-specific health and confidentiality agreements must be signed prior to start.
- Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination exemption forms available for medical or religious reasons (facility-specific forms required).
- Healthstream training courses assigned on orientation day must be completed, including glucose testing return demonstration if applicable.
Additional Information
- Schedule is subject to unit manager discretion.
- Candidates must submit all Return to Office (RTO) documentation with profile submittal.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a medical surgical unit on a night shift schedule with a reputable healthcare facility in Louisiana.
