Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days)

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• Orientation schedule: Every Monday
• Work hours: 36-40 hours/week, with billable OT hours after 40 hours
• EMR system used: EPIC
• Holiday, call back, on-call, and charge/precept pay multipliers apply (details available upon request)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Occupational Therapy experience
• EPIC experience required
• Valid Occupational Therapist state license required
• Driver’s license required
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 prior travel contract completed

Additional Information

• Not eligible if employed by this employer within the last 12 months
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses
