Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (Nights)

Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a 10-bed ICU unit with a 2:1 RN to patient ratio
Patient population: Adolescent to Geriatric, Level III Trauma
May float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Proficient with IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive medications
Arterial line experience required
EPIC electronic health record experience required
Charge nurse and preceptor abilities are a plus
Traveler must have their own vehicle
No block scheduling or schedule accommodations will be considered
Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and verified at time of application; no more than 5 days allowed
No 48-hour guarantee for this assignment
Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered

Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of current ICU experience (highest required years of experience)
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Compliance:
- All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance and uploaded accordingly

No schedule changes or time off requests will be approved after offer acceptance
Must include permanent address in profile
Facility is a 169-bed regional referral center in southwestern New Hampshire
Location offers access to outdoor activities such as hiking and scenic tours
