Physical Therapist (PT) - Temporary Position

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Participate in developing comprehensive patient care plans.
• Use rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities.
• 32-hour workweek guarantee (40 hours not available).
• Block schedule with 10- or 12-hour shifts.
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required.
• Holiday and overtime pay multipliers apply.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current physical therapy experience.
• Setting: Inpatient experience required.
• Education: Doctorate degree required.
• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Massachusetts state physical therapy license.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system.
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement).
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers).
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
