Job Description

• Position involves working in Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units.
• Candidates can expect outreach within two hours after application, with decisions typically made the same or next business day.
• Applicants seeking more than 7 days off, more than 50% of holidays off, or with negative background/employment history are not eligible for expedited processing.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in Postpartum and Nursery care
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • STABLE certification
  • AWHONN certification

• The facility is a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital with Level II Trauma Center verification.
• The hospital offers comprehensive services including cardiovascular care, cancer services, orthopedic services, and elective surgery.
• Nonbillable initial hours: 12 hours.
