Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

• 8 hours of stroke training
• Central skills checklist for the assigned unit
• Core competency exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Color headshot
• Agency background check
• 9-panel drug screen excluding marijuana
• Two professional references
