Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- One weekend per month
- Weekly case conferences on Wednesdays at 8:45 AM for 1.5 hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey

Role Summary
- Provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders/referrals.
- Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, reassesses progress, communicates with the care team, and documents care within 24 hours.
- Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care and patient-related activities.
- May orient and train novice clinicians if needed.
Additional Details
- Benchmark requirement: 30 points per week Monday through Friday or higher depending on patient and agency needs
- Mileage reimbursement: 43 cents per mile
