- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- BLS
Assignment Details
- Equipment is provided during interview
- Parking is provided on the first day
- Dress code will be provided on the first day
- Credentialing includes contract QA
- Billing cycle is weekly
- Notice period: 30 days
Additional Notes
- Completion bonus is available for contractors who sign for 26 weeks
- Candidates with recent perm/PRN work history at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return yet
- Candidates with prior ATI travel or perm/PRN history more than a year ago may need rehire eligibility review before submission
