Location

• Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule

• Nights
• 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend call every 16th week
• Holidays required as needed and scheduled

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Nebraska
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT)
• ARRT (R)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience
• GE equipment experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality CT exams across a full range of department procedures
• Perform QA and help maintain department stocking and compliance
• Work with patients, physicians, families, students, and other healthcare personnel
• Float to other locations within the CT department under the same manager

Procedures / Case Mix

• Neuro
• Body
• MSK
• CTAs
• IR procedures including biopsies, ablations, and drain removals
• 3D reformatting
• Colonography
• Enterography
• Urograms
• Trauma scans
• Dual-energy imaging

Equipment

• GE CT scanners

Orientation

• 6-week orientation for outside candidates
• Assigned preceptor
• Mid-point check at 3 weeks

Additional Notes

• Red scrubs are required
• Local candidates are not accepted within a 100-mile radius
