Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (typically Monday to Friday)
Hours: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift (approx. 40 hours/week)
Start Date: Around August 10th (negotiable)
Job Summary
Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services specializing in pediatric rehabilitation. Treat approximately 9 patients per day with diagnoses including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and other pediatric conditions.
Work Environment
- Outpatient setting only; no inpatient floating required
- Block schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
- Business casual dress code with closed-toed shoes
- Collaborative, young, and fun team environment with emphasis on flexibility and fast learning
- Department orientation includes a half-day orientation and one week of limited caseload before full caseload assignment
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a Master’s or Doctorate degree
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric SLP experience
- Outpatient experience required
- First-time travel SLPs will be considered (prior travel experience not required)
Additional Notes
- Guaranteed minimum of 37 hours per week
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
