Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• Variable start time

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS certification
• Negative drug screen required for all panels

Experience

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Role Details

• Treats about 7–10 patients per day
• General rehab caseload with geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic patients
• No weekend or holiday requirements

Additional Notes

• 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• Orientation includes 1–2 shifts and Epic training, with mentorship as needed
• Business casual attire
• Local rate applies within 50 miles of the facility
• Call-off policy allows 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty
