• Residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• LTC experience

Job Duties

• Charge nurse responsibilities
• Medication administration
• Wound care

Unit Details

• 26-bed unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:10 days, 1:19 nights
• No IVs or titratable drips
• No telemetry
• No clinical involvement
• No team conference attendance required for acute inpatient rehab
• No floating
• No call or standby
• No self-scheduling
• No blocked schedule

Orientation

• 2–3 shifts

Additional Notes

• Must be clean and presentable
• RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
• Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
