Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Bemidji, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Facility size: 78 beds
- Patient population: General long-term care and some short-term care
- Nurse-to-patient ratios:
- Day/Evening shifts: 1:20
- Night shifts: 1:40
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Matrix
- Shift options: Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
- Weekend requirement: At least every other weekend
- Holiday requirement: Half of the holidays
- Location-specific orientation provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
- Skilled Nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Notes
- No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
- Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a fee
- Typical shift times mostly between 3 PM and 11 PM
- Weekend and holiday coverage expected as noted
