Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Utica, New York
Shift: Day (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Work in Labor & Delivery unit with 18 beds including triage, antepartum, ORs for c-sections, recovery, and L&D beds.
  • Patient population includes pregnant patients (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum), gynecology, and newborns.
  • Floating to other units is required.
  • Use of specialty equipment such as OBIX (interface feeding data into Stork system).
  • EMR experience required: EPIC and Stork.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
  • Prior travel nursing experience is required.
  • Active New York RN license.
  • Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NRP.
  • Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics.
  • Ability to provide NURSYS report and license verifications.
  • Must submit RTO (Return to Office) documentation at time of submission.
