Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Evening shifts (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), rotating weekends
Number of Positions: 1 Pharmacist
Required Certifications:
- ACPE-accredited Sterile Compounding Certification
- Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) License
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Unit Information

Unit Size: 450 beds
Staffing:
- Day Shift: 10 pharmacists, 8-9 technicians
- Evening Shift: 3 pharmacists, 4 technicians
- Night Shift: 1 pharmacist, 2 technicians
Patient Ratios: Vary depending on shift
Equipment: EMR system - Meditech

Job Requirements & Preferences

Must Have:
- Hospital pharmacy experience
Preferred:
- Sterile compounding certification
