- Staff: 54 FTE
- Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge RN, 6 staff RNs, 3 PCTs
- Night Shift: 1 charge RN, 6 staff RNs, 3 PCTs
- Patient Ratios: Typically 4:1, flex up to 5:1 during staffing shortages
- Equipment: Bipap, restraints, Airvo, seizure precautions, bedside monitoring, teleEMR (Meditech)
Job Description
- Manage stroke patients, cardiac drips, patients on continuous bipap, and post-procedure patients
- Typical procedures include emergent thoracentesis and tele monitoring
Requirements
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification (required)
- Licenses: Registered Nurse License
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in RN specialty (PCU or similar)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
