Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Houston, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Department: Emergency Room CT/XR (less than 20 beds)
Staff: 3 full-time techs (day shift: 1 tech, night shift: 1 tech)
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Equipment: Fixed and portable CT scanners
EMR System: Expanse (Meditech)

Job Description

Perform all ordered emergency department X-ray and CT exams.
Experience in a trauma facility is a plus.
Teamwork mindset is essential.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT Certification
CT Certification
BLS Certification

Additional Information

Dress Code: Green scrubs
Weekend and on-call schedule: Variable

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with at least 1 year of specialty experience and the required certifications, looking for a travel assignment in an emergency department setting.
