Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Rotating schedule
• May include weekend rotations
• No on-call

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Utah
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Master's degree in occupational therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous inpatient rehab experience
• Certified Occupational Therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients
• Provide treatment based on the plan of care
• Educate and train patients and caregivers
• Document patient status, progress, discharge summaries, and follow-up plans
• Record charges according to billing guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical meetings
• Support team collaboration and supervise/training responsibilities as assigned
