Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
PALS
NBRC
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of ICU experience
Previous experience with ventilators

Key responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy under medical direction for patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies
Assist with intubation and manage ventilator setup and operation
Evaluate patient needs and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers
Document care and education provided
