Role Overview
- Performs fluoroscopic imaging in invasive and operative settings to support diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance
- Assists providers with image-guided procedures and administers contrast as needed
- Prepares patients for procedures, maintains a sterile field, and monitors vital signs
- Performs quality control, equipment cleaning/disinfection, and maintenance tasks
- May provide on-call coverage, support teaching of students, and precept new or less experienced team members
