Physical Therapy Assistant Position

Location: Dallas, California
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift
Workload: Approximately 6-7 visits per day
Work Area: Contra Costa County with possible travel within a 60-mile radius

Job Description

Provide physical therapy assistant services primarily in a home health setting.
May be asked to assist in other territories within the facility’s service area as needed.
Overtime requires prior approval.
Two weeks cancellation notice required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation
Experience with OASIS documentation

Notes for Candidates

This role involves travel within a defined geographic area (up to 60 miles radius).
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
