Registered Nurse – Step Down

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: AM


Job Description

  • Work on an advanced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) that operates similarly to an ICU with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5.
  • Care for 24-hour post-CABG cardiac surgery patients with chest tubes.
  • No ventilator management required; experience with LVADs is present and training will be provided.
  • Scrubs color: Navy Blue.
  • Position requires working within a 50-mile radius; local candidates are not eligible.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Georgia.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

  • Virtual interview process.
  • Available start dates every Monday.
