Requirements
- Specialty: Pediatrics
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient pediatric experience (higher value confirmed)
- Infant ICU/NICU experience is required
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license (must be current and in hand before start)
- Current Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date
