Location: Carlisle, Pennsylvania (with coverage also required at two nearby facilities in Elizabethtown, PA)
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Must have experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
Position requires flexibility to cover multiple facilities: primarily in Carlisle, PA, and additionally two facilities in Elizabethtown, PA.
The commute between Carlisle and Elizabethtown is approximately 50 minutes; living midway would reduce commute to about 25 minutes to either location.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Experience in a Post Acute setting
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
