Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.</li><li>Experience with inpatient geriatric populations preferred.</li><li>Documentation experience in electronic medical records preferred.</li></ul>
