Make a real difference as a travel PTA in Eureka, IL at a skilled nursing facility. You will assist patients recovering from injury or illness with mobility, function, and activity under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details.
 
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.</li><li>Client requirement: ability to work 5 days per week with 35 guaranteed hours for the assignment period (client-specific scheduling expectation).</li><li>Preferred: prior experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.</li><li>Shift: Days.</li><li>Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.</li><li>Work days: Monday through Friday (5x8 schedule).</li><li>Assignment length: 13 weeks.</li><li>Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.</li></ul>
