Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location

Appleton, Wisconsin

Job Type

Travel assignment

Schedule

8-hour day/PM shifts with variable start times
Start times may include 6:15 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, or 1:00 PM
Every 3rd weekend rotation
Holiday rotation as needed; must work one major holiday
On-call every 3–4 weekends and 1–2 nights per week
30-minute response time for call-back
Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks

Assignment Details

13-week contract
Start date: ASAP
40 guaranteed hours per week
Floating may be required throughout the facility and to other facilities within a 60-mile radius
Patient ratio: 1:1
Primary cases include GYN, breast, and ortho
Uses DaVinci XI
Scrubs: black

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Previous travel experience is strongly preferred
Strong general OR RN background preferred
Must be flexible with schedule changes
