Location: Ironwood, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Employment Type: Travel
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend on-call per month
Holidays: Not scheduled, on-call if adjacent weekend on-call
On Call/Call Back: May be placed on call during low census; minimum call back is 2 hours
Primary Location: Outpatient Clinic with occasional float to inpatient hospital caseload
EMR System: Epic experience highly preferred

Education: Entry level for OT; Bachelors, Masters, or OTD required
Licensure: Michigan OT license required
Experience: 1-3 years in Occupational Therapy (higher end of range recommended)
Unit Specific Skills: Outpatient orthopedics and neurological experience preferred
Uniform: Business casual or scrubs

Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Contract includes 36 hours of unbillable low census hours; on-call hours count toward this
Call back pay provided if called back to facility
Mandatory flu and COVID vaccination policy during flu season; mask required if declined
Compliance with facility policies is mandatory
