Registered Nurse — Emergency Room

Location

  • Duluth, Minnesota

Contract

  • Travel assignment
  • 13 weeks
  • Start: ASAP
  • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

  • 12-hour day/night variable shifts
  • Shift times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minnesota RN licensure
  • BLS certification from ARC or AHA
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • TNCC certification
  • 2+ years of ER experience
  • At least 1 prior travel assignment
  • Must live outside a 50-mile radius

Clinical Setting

  • Level 2 trauma, stroke, and STEMI center
  • Sees approximately 75 patients per day
  • Typical patient ratio: 4:1

Preferred Experience

  • Adult and pediatric emergency department experience
  • Trauma center experience

Additional Notes

  • May be placed on call if low censused
  • Call-back minimum: 2 hours
  • Scrub color: royal blue
  • No sweatshirts or hoodies
