EEG Tech (Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist) - Travel Position

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Details

Position Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: 8-hour days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 8-20 hours per week (additional shifts may be available)
On Call: Every other weekend (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and every other federal holiday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
On Call Response Time: Must report within 1 hour of being called/paged
Float Requirements: Must float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital & Mukwonago facilities as needed
Unit Info:
- Waukesha Memorial Hospital: 400 beds
- Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital: 80 beds

Requirements

Certifications: Registered Electrodiagnostic Technician (REMT) certification required upon application
Experience: Minimum 2 years of EEG Tech experience preferred
Patient Population: Adults (inpatient and outpatient), occasional pediatric patients, and Neonatal Intensive Care patients
Skills:
- Ability to manage change well
- Hardworking and resilient
- Social and adaptable to different units
Charting Experience: Not required
Scrub Colors: Any

Additional Notes

GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week
Floating will be based on census and must be within clinical skills unless otherwise approved
Weekend and holiday on-call coverage required every other rotation
