Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Vermont
5 years of experience as an LPN
Long Term Care experience within the last year
1 year of Long Term Care experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience in an Inpatient setting
Driver's License
Recent child psych experience within the last 3 months
Behavioral Health experience

Additional Notes

First-time travelers will be considered
CPI is offered onsite
RTO is not approved during the first 2 weeks of orientation and cannot exceed 7 days
Limited housing options and public transportation in the area
Locals are accepted
Must be able to start on 8/17
RTO blackout dates apply
