Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU (Days)

Location: Petoskey, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) supporting a full spectrum of surgical procedures, including general elective and critical/life-saving surgeries.
Strict attendance policy: 3 strikes for absence or being more than 20 minutes late will result in immediate termination, with exceptions for documented communicable disease or hospitalization.
Hospital provides scrubs.
Trauma Level II facility.
Patient-to-nurse ratios: PACU 1 (1:1-2), PACU 2 (1:2-4).
Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of PACU experience.
Valid Michigan RN license (verification required).
Skills checklist completed within one year for RN specialties.
References are not required.

Additional Information

Full-time employees of the facility are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
Physical copies of certifications only required if specifically listed.

This job is suitable for experienced PACU Registered Nurses seeking a temporary assignment in a regional hospital setting.
