Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Prior Travel Experience: Not required (first-time travelers accepted)
• Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work weekends with full flexibility (no specific weekend schedule)
• On-Call: Yes, required as needed (1-2 shifts per week and 1-2 weekends per month)
• Block Schedule: Not accommodated
• Locals Accepted: No
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Maximum 6 days RTO
• Guaranteed Hours: Hours guaranteed after call-off policy is met

Certifications & Licenses Required

• Fluoroscopy permit (must have or be able to obtain prior to start)
• ARRT Radiography (ARRT R)
• ARRT Advanced Certification
• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Fluoroscopy licensure required
• Must have valid photo ID (front and back)
• Background checks including criminal, education verification, and federal exclusions within 30 days of start
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• NPI number if applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, DO, NP, PA, or APRN
• Fit test for N95 masks within 1 year of start (if clinical)
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray documentation
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or vaccination proof
  • Hepatitis B series or titer (with declination option)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination (required during flu season, no declinations accepted)
• Negative 9-panel drug test (non-THC) within 30 days of start
• Medication calculation test (100% pass required for RNs)
• Pediatric competency exams and other competency exams as applicable (80% minimum score, updated annually)
• Badge photo meeting facility specifications required prior to start
• Various facility-specific acknowledgments and policy forms must be signed prior to start
