Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays twice a month. When working Saturday, the PT will flex off one weekday.
• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy - Acute Care)

Required Qualifications

• License: Valid California Physical Therapy License
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience (acute care preferred)
• Accepts first-time travelers (no prior travel experience required)

Additional Requirements

• Background checks including criminal, sex offender, and sanction searches within 90 days of start
• Education verification of highest level completed
• Physical exam within 90 days of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, NP, or APRN confirming good health and ability to perform job duties
• Fit mask test within 90 days of start (specific mask types required)
• Immunizations and health documentation:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or signed declination)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray updated annually
  • Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations or positive titers
  • Hepatitis B positive titer or declination
  • Varicella vaccinations or positive titer
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (masking required during flu season)
• Drug screening: Oral saliva drug screen within 30 days of start (specific analytes required)
• Competency exams and orientation modules to be completed on the first day of work
• Photo for badge (passport style, no filters)

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not required for this position.
• One request for release time off (RTO) will be approved during the contract.
