Job Description

• Work in interventional lab and OR setting with the ability to scrub.
• Staff rotation required (to be confirmed during interview).
• Scheduled Monday through Friday, no weekends required.
• Interview availability required.

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Must be AHA or RQI certified.
• CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist).
• ARRT rad fluoro permit (must have at time of application).
• Tech Certification (ARRT preferred for CT Tech, MRI Tech, IR Tech, Rad Tech, Cath Lab/EP Rad Tech, CVT).
• State License (California) - Primary source verification required within 30 days of start. EMSA not accepted for per diem; must have CA license.
• Physical Exam within 12 months of start.
• N95 Fit Test within 1 year of start (specific approved masks required).
• Tdap vaccine (no declinations accepted).
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start; annual updates required.
• Drug Testing: 9-panel within 1 year of start.
• COVID-19 Vaccine(s) required (medical/religious exemptions accepted with approval).
• Flu vaccination or declination required year-round.
