Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Bellevue, Washington
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 18:45–07:15
• Start dates: 11/2 or 11/16

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic
• 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, from a manager or supervisor; Charge RNs are accepted as a reference
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Employment application copy
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Hepatitis B documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap documentation
• Core competencies and exams required for RNs, including medication/pharmacology, competency exam, patient restraints, Core Part I, Core Part II, Core Part III, OSHA Mandatory, and NIH Stroke Certification if applicable to the unit
• Code of conduct, applicant disclosure statement, confidentiality policy, internet usage agreement, and appearance/dress code review/sign-off
• FWA training completion
• Facility modules after orientation

Preferred

• EPIC experience
• Hard copy of state license
• Tdap vaccine
• TNCC for ER RNs

• 5 days or less of RTO required, no exceptions
