Required Qualifications
- 2 years of PEDS experience
- Oregon license
- EPIC experience
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Must be confident and comfortable floating to PICU and PEDS; NICU may be an option if the clinician has adequate experience

- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- T-piece oxygen therapy
- Trach collar oxygen therapy
- BiPAP
- CPAP
- Troubleshooting high pressure alarms
- Weaning from mechanical ventilation
Orientation / Start Expectations
- One onsite unit orientation
- Up to 15 hours of modules must be completed independently before clearance to work
- Candidate should be comfortable with PEDS, NICU, and PICU with minimal guidance
