Overview

Travel/Contract role in Oakland, California
Start: immediately
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8s, Monday–Friday
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit / Setting

Busy Women’s Health / OBGYN clinic
NST clinic RN role
Onsite certification is required for the Basic Fetal Monitoring and Post-Test Course

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
OB/GYN experience within the last year
4 years of OB/GYN experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with High Risk OB patients
NST (Non-Stress Testing) experience
DVP (Doppler Venous Pressure) experience
OB intake and triage
Pregnancy assessment
Moderate sedation procedures
Basic and intermediate fetal monitoring
IV and oral sedation administration
Patient injection administration
Pelvic exams
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
IV and oral sedation experience
In basket experience
Triage experience
Injection experience
Ability to perform DVPs
