Overview

Travel/Contract role in Bend, Oregon
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates are not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies
No pending license accepted
No on-call required
May float within scope to meet facility needs, including to a northern campus low-risk family birthing unit
Weekend requirement: minimum of every other weekend or 8 weekend shifts
RTO restriction: 7 days

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
Post Partum experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
AWHONN Intermediate
FHM
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Must staff to AWHONN Staffing Standards
Staffs with break RNs and Resource RNs
Background check, including 7-year criminal background check and the listed screenings/verification items
Diploma or transcript on file
Education verification at highest level
State license primary source verification
NURSYS verification
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
Negative 12-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
Flu vaccination or declination/exemption during flu season
COVID declination or exemption if never vaccinated
Respiratory safety clearance
Skills checklist annually
