Physical Therapist - Travel/Contract

Location: Charleston, West Virginia
Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (5 days/week)
Patient Ratio: 1 therapist to 5 patients
Typical caseload: 3-4 patients per day, 90 minutes each
Unit: Medical Rehabilitation Unit in a trauma hospital, primarily stroke patients (~40%)
Charting System: Cerner
Weekend, on-call, and float not required
First-time travelers accepted
Pending state license accepted, but West Virginia PT license required prior to start

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA only, no pending or onsite completion allowed)
