Job Description

• Respiratory Therapist role specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with focus on Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics.
• No overtime allowed until after 48 hours worked.
• Experience required at a Level 1 Trauma, Academic Medical Center with more than 500 beds.
• Epic electronic charting experience preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates not accepted (must live more than 100 miles from facility).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Nebraska
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• At least 1 year of experience at a large (>500 bed) Level 1 Trauma, Academic Medical Center
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• High school diploma required

Additional Information

• Parking permits available (~$55/month) or daily parking rates apply.
• No overtime until after 48 hours worked.
• Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate for the contract.
• This is a night shift position with 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long.
