ICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Neuro ICU unit specializing in comprehensive stroke care. This is a travel/contract position with night shifts.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience, including experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment; first-time travelers will not be accepted
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Experience with ventilator management and care of ventilated patients
Central line care and management experience
Continuous IV sedation experience
External ventricular drain (EVD) and lumbar drain experience
Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring experience
Post-neurosurgery management experience
Arterial line management experience
