Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Work Expectations
- Must work every other weekend
- May be floated within the specialty and to lower-acuity areas, including another nearby facility as needed
Additional Notes
- Two supervisory references are required
- Government-issued photo ID is required
- Background, health screening, and onboarding documentation are required prior to start

Pros
This unit is a tight group. Very traveler friendly. A middle of the road lab. Attendings are great once you get to know them. The facility functions very well. Plenty of attractions within 30 minute drive.
Cons
Housing is a problem. This is a location of old money. They try to get as much as they can out of you. Not much to do being you are in the middle of corn and soy country.
