Location: Leonardtown, Maryland
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Hours per week: 36

Provide nursing care in a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit.
Must have experience with high-risk L&D patients.
Responsibilities include circulating, fetal heart monitoring (FHM), precepting, and/or charge nurse duties.
Triage experience is preferred.
Float within skillset to related areas such as Mom/Baby and postpartum.
Call requirement: 36 hours in 6 weeks or 12 hours per pay period; must be on premises within 45 minutes of call.
Work every other weekend and every other holiday.

C-EFM (Continuous Electronic Fetal Monitoring) through NCC (National Certification Corporation) at submission.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or ARC certified
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
STABLE certification

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience working with high-risk Labor and Delivery patients.
Experience in charge nurse roles.
Completion of at least 1 prior travel nursing assignment.
Current ACLS certification.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current NRP certification.
Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification.
Current STABLE certification.
