Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • CVPICU (1 year of experience)
  • CVPICU experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

  • Unit-specific competency exam required
  • Pass/fail testing is required at orientation
  • Guest account setup is required before clearance
  • 2 professional references are required, with at least 1 from a supervisor
  • Employment application must include 7 years of work history
