Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Crossville, Tennessee
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Auto offer with bi-weekly orientation
• Unit ratio: 1:4–5
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend or 2 weekends per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• 1 year of ED - Emergency Department experience
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date
• Color blind testing within 12 months prior to start date
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Core Part I
• Core Part II
• Core Part III
• 2 supervisory references
• Unit-specific skills checklist within the last year
• 7-year work history
• No gaps over 30 days without explanation
• Current state ID or driver’s license
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• MMR documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Drug testing within 45 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation for applicable start dates
• Background check
• SSN trace
• Employment application with nursing license state, license number, and expiration date
