Overview
- Location: Baltimore, Maryland

- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Driver's License
Required Skills
- CHARGE and Triage skills
- IV starts
- Phlebotomy
Preferred Qualifications
- CPI
- MAB
- TNCC
- Cerner familiarity
- Previous charge and preceptor experience
Work Environment
- Emergency department
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- Approximately 150 visits per day
- May come into contact with COVID patients
Scheduling
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Additional Notes
- Scrubs are not provided; navy blue scrubs are required
- Clinicians will be trained on the unit before being expected to work charge
