Role Details

• Experienced CVOR RN needed
• Cases include vascular, EVAR, Fem Pop, CABGs, thoracotomies, lung resections, and cardiac medication management
• Heavy call requirements: 4–5 days per week, every other weekend, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• CVOR experience within the last year
• 1 year of CVOR experience
• Pending license accepted
• 7-year background check required within 1 year of start
• Wisconsin caregiver search required within 90 days of start
• 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
• Photo for badge required
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• Drug testing required within 14 days of start
• Flu vaccination or exemption required during flu season
• BLS required
• ACLS required
