Registered Nurse — CVPICU

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Columbus, Ohio
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Ohio state or compact RN license
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC
• ENPC
• 2 supervisory references, including 1 supervisor/manager-titled reference
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Resume or application

Work Expectations

• Floating is required
• May float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med-surg areas as needed
• Must comply with facility float expectations

Experience

• Preference for close to 2 years of experience

Compliance and Onboarding

• RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Government-issued photo ID required within 24–48 hours of signing
• Criminal background check within 30 days of start
• Fingerprinting required within 60 days of start
• Education verification required
• State license verification required within 30 days of start
• Drug screen required within 60 days prior to start
• TB screening or chest x-ray required
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required
• Physical exam required
• Fit testing required within 1 year of start
• Tdap documentation required
• MMR, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
• Infection control policy acknowledgment required
• Code of conduct acknowledgment required
• Confidentiality and IT use agreement required
